Young's Sno-Wiz Tee

In 1973, John and Mary Young opened a small raspa stand that quickly became a Valley favorite. Over the years they’ve had a couple of locations but today their children keep the tradition alive at the same McAllen location that has now operated for over 50 years.

Known for favorites like the Tres Leches raspa, fruit delights, and chamoyadas, the stand has become a beloved snack spot for the RGV.

More than just a raspa stand, it has grown into a place where the RGV community can come together and familiar faces have become family. Loyal customers are the reason this little spot remains 53 years strong.
